Move over fro-yo, a new icy craze has hit. Europe has opened the first liquid nitrogen ice cream parlour, Chin Chin Laboratories, serving up delectable, brain-freezing icy goodness, made by adding liquid nitrogen to custard mixtures. This ice-cream lab, complete with beakers, flasks and servers in white lab coats and safety goggles, creates their creamy creations with a 180-litre tank of nitrogen, and offers a wide yummy range of toppings for its three standard flavours. Ice-cream lovers can choose between Madagascan Vanilla Bean with fresh mint, Valrhona Chocolate and Lemon Curd whipped up fresh on the spot.
