Louis Vuitton (LV) collaborates with famed artist Arne Quinze at a new store at popular departmental mall Oberpollinger in Munich, Germany.

According to LV, the Belgium born contemporary artist was chosen for his ability to marry the opposites “passion and chaos with controlled elegance.” True enough, his work, titled “The Traveller” and made from wood seems to take randomness and confusion and shape them into strange looking trees that mark the street without wholly imposing.

Inside, LV uses elements of the artwork as a backdrop for their display. LV, as with many other fashion houses has long been known to identify itself with edgy, contemporary art such as their well loved collaborations with Takashi Murakami.
